Park City, Kansas – May 31, 2016 - Fresh off his second straight touring victory, current point leader Lyle Shepard will lead the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products crate late model division into a double-header weekend this Saturday and Sunday night, June 4-5.

It all kicks off Saturday night at Dodge City Raceway Park in Dodge City, Kansas in their lone appearance for the 2016 race season. 

Gates will open at 5:00 PM with race action slated for a 7:30 PM start time. Grandstand admission is just $20 and the track is located on the south edge of Dodge City, KS, on US 283, then 0.9 miles west on US 56, then 0.1 miles south. From there it is a Sunday evening event at RPM Speedway in Hays as the tour will be a part of the tracks “Steve King Foundation” night. Pit gates will open at 3:30 PM; grandstand gates at 4:30 PM with race action set to begin at 6:30 PM. This is the rescheduled event from the April 30^th rain out. RPM Speedway is located off of I-70 at exit 157 and is located on the Ellis County Fairgrounds. Shepard has won the first two events thus far on the 2016 race schedule, claiming the season opening victory at Thunder Hill Speedway in Mayetta, Kansas on May 21^st and this past Sunday night at 81 Speedway in Park City. The Manhattan resident currently has a fifteen point lead over Haysville driver Chris Kratzer while Jimmy Segraves is just forty points out of the top spot in the standings. Dusty Leonard (-50) and veteran Delbert Smith (-55) are the top five in the standings heading into this huge double-header weekend.
